Please allow me to introduce myself – my name is John Baroudi. In the mid 1980’s I began investing in real estate and since then I have purchased and sold many homes throughout Central New York.
Selling a home requires a lot of work and knowledge if the home is to be sold in a reasonable time frame. Effective advertising and marketing strategies must be implemented. Understanding financing is also a top priority. My experience has given me the knowledge and expertise to help others, whether it be looking for the right home to buy, or selling a home for a fair price.
I am a Licensed Sales Associate with RE/MAX Masters and am a member of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors. RE/MAX is the largest, most productive real estate company in the world!

After the second showing, we told him we were interested in buying the home, discussed some items we wanted addressed and shook hands.
